Alex is joining my group. He will look at bus drivers and the e-learning training that they receive. He told me today that he has a friend who had to complete e-learning terrorism training for Sydney buses as part of his initial training to become a bus driver. I found this very interesting.
We now need to narrow down our scope definition and work on finding case studies. I did some initial research on blended learning and found many articles through online databases. After reading a few of them I found myself comparing the amount of face-to-face training that each one offers. The amount seems to be different for each example, and some case studies even talk about the fact that the lack of face-to-face training led to problems.
