It has been interesting for me to learn about all these new and emerging technologies that I have had little or no exposure to. I am aware of Facebook and youtube, however the thought of using social networking sites for the purpose of learning is a concept that I have never thought of before. I know the internet can be used as a source of information, but I am now seeing that online learning can be a way of using the internet as a tool to enable collaboration, sharing and innovation.
Why is facebook popular? How can we make learning more engaging?
It is interesting to note how popular facebook is and how people can engage with it. It is possible to learn in a fun and innovative way, using technology that allows learners to interact.
